About the Role

Microsoft's IDCB (India Development Center Bengaluru) and IDC (India Development Center Hyderabad) are hiring New Graduate Software Engineers to work across Azure, Microsoft 365, Xbox, and other product lines.

You will join a full-stack team and own features from design to ship.

Responsibilities

›Design, implement, and ship features across Microsoft products
›Write clean, testable code in C++, Java, C#, or TypeScript
›Collaborate in an Agile environment
›Participate in code reviews and design discussions

Requirements

›Final year B.Tech/M.Tech graduating in 2026
›Excellent DSA fundamentals
›Strong in at least one language: C++, Java, or C#
›Good grasp of OOP and design patterns
›Problem-solving ability

Selection Process

›Online Assessment — 3 coding problems (75 minutes)
›Technical Round 1 — Coding + CS fundamentals
›Technical Round 2 — Coding + System Design basics
›HR Round
